Success Team Mastermind Terms
Please read these terms carefully.

By submitting your subscription, it indicates you have read
 and fully understand and comply with these terms.

This program is a subscription-based program.

You will be billed monthly for the rate of $39.95 (digital program) or $49.95 (hard copy program).

Your rate will not increase for the terms of one full year.

You may cancel at any time.

Refunds will not be given for previous month's subscription fees.

Cancellation must occur prior to new billing in order to not incur new charges.

The online digital program will be posted every month be the 10th of the month
except where delays may occur due to weekend (non-business hours) or holidays.

The mailed program will be mailed by the 12th of the month except where delays may occur due
to weekend (non-business hours) or holidays.

Changes in address or shipping must be made by the 30th of the prior month
in order to not cause shipping delays. Moehr and Associates will not be held responsible
for shipping delays or other shipping problems due to address changes or other changes to the
original data given during the subscription inception.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so by notifying us PRIOR to the next billing cycle.

If you wish to change your subscription from digital to hard copy or vice versa, you
must notify us via email and cancel your current subscription and re-apply for a new subscription.

Subscriptions may not be shared, solid, transferred or otherwise used by any other person or organization
than that given on the primary subscription. Doing so will cause immediate cancellation of the subscription and
no refunds will be given.

The email consultation given for members is for one (1) email during the calendar month. Emails will be answered in the order they are received and will be dealt with only if they pertain to one of the marketing topics and the subscriber's business. Inappropriate emails will not be answered. Any incidence of spamming our emails will be reported to the federal authorities.

If, for any reason, Moehr and Associates cannot comply with the terms of the subscription, the subscription will be cancelled and appropriate reimbursement for current fees will apply.
